Founder and Principal, Susie Lee, has a career in mission driven, non-profit work that spans over two decades at the local, national, and international levels.
In her experience as the Executive Director of a private foundation, a Monitoring and Evaluation Program Officer at a global health organization, and a Manager and Director of direct service programs at community-based non profit organizations in New York City, she has reviewed and developed hundreds of monitoring and evaluation plans for various public health and other mission driven programs. She has expertise in creating performance reports and policy papers for a myriad of audiences, including Boards of Directors, as well as external stakeholders.
Susie has participated in, staffed, and led numerous partnerships, working groups, learning collaboratives, and coalitions. She believes that committed time and resources and relationship building are key in making these succeed.
Active in her community, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Health Foundation and Virginia Health Catalyst. She also served as a volunteer ESL teacher for many years.
Susie has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with Honors Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
